In acknowledgement of the United Nations International Day of Persons with Disabilities, the Centre for Human Rights, Equity and Inclusion invites you on Thursday, November 30th, 2017 to a screening of Shadow Girl. In focusing on resilience and disability, the documentary chronicles the journey of filmmaker Maria Teresa Larraín as she suddenly loses her sight while editing her last film. She will be joining us for the film screening and Q/A to follow.
The film screening will be held from 11:00am to 1:30pm in the Victor Phillip Dahdaleh Building, room 1014. There is no registration required.
This event will have;

- Closed-captioning for film
- All gendered washrooms located on the second floor (elevator access to the second floor)
- Accessible washrooms located on the first floor
