Women’s Only Hours - Exercise Programming
Are you new to working out or prefer to exercise in a quiet and supervised environment? Athletics and Recreation offers Women’s Only Hours in studio 3 at the Tait McKenzie Building and offers a variety of strength training equipment. This space is also supervised and staff are available to assist you with questions and exercise recommendation.

Disabilities Services - Exercise Programming
Athletics & Recreation is working with Disabilities Services to provide a supervised exercise environment for students wishing to take advantage of personal trainers and a quiet environment. Whether you are new to exercise or prefer a less crowded workout environment we have you answer in Studio 3! Our great personal trainers will help you achieve your goals and provide the necessary guidance that you may need.

The Centre coordinates supports and resources for all members of the community that have experienced sexual violence, receives disclosures and complaints, facilitates safety planning, and assists survivors through the complaint process.
Employee & Family Assistance Program
The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is a confidential and voluntary support service to help you with solving issues related to personal life and or workplace related issues. Whether the problem is personal such as child/elder care, adjusting to job responsibilities or other issues connected to the workplace, EFAP can be a helpful service to address these challenges through a full range of support services.
All staff, faculty and their immediate family members can call EFAP toll-free 24 hours a day, seven days a week for immediate, confidential help.
Staff and faculty can receive help on a variety of issues including:

- Relationship issues
- Family issues
- Smoke cessation and relapse prevention
- Work-life balance
- Financial counseling
- Child and elder care resources
